Shipping

Shipping is calculated when you checkout, with options for Standard, Express and International.

Orders in Australia that are over $100 will qualify for free standard shipping.

Apparel orders will be shipped within 3-5 days.

All of our earrings and brooches are carefully handmade. Please allow up to 7-12 days for your order to be shipped.

We can't take responsibility for parcels lost by Australia Post.

 

Fast tracked orders

Please contact me if you require your order by a certain date (eg/ for a gift or to wear to a spesh event).

 

Jewellery materials

In most cases, jewellery pieces are made from high quality acrylic materials. I use quality surgical steel ear studs and backs to minimise allergic reactions.

 

Cleaning

If you find your earrings are getting a bit grubby after some time out and about, they can be cleaned by wiping them over with a mild cleaning agent and a soft cloth to loosen any dirt and grime. Never use chemicals, glass spray or other abrasive cleaning materials. Nor should you ever use anything sharp to scrape the material. Soft cloths only!

 

Return policy

To be eligible for a return, you item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. Returns are only accepted on full priced items and are decided on a case by case basis. 

If you would like to return an item, please contactme within 3 days of receiving it. Items must be returned via trackable delivery within 5 days to be eligible for a return. If you are eligible for a return, you will be provided with a credit coupon to use on the website which will be valid for up to 6 months from issuing date.

 

Repairs

While I try my best to get you your items in the intended condition, sometimes bits (like the backs) can fall off while in the post.

I am happy to instruct you how to repair simple things yourself, otherwise, I am happy to repair your item purchased from the site as no extra charge for a period of 30 days after receiving it. All shipping charged are at the responsibility of the customer. 

The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from improper care.
